Text Messages
To stop marketing text messages, reply STOP to a text message you received from us. You may also communicate that you no longer wish to receive texts through another reasonable method available to you, or email privacy@amilone.tech with your mobile number, first name, and last name to request removal.
Phone Calls
You may request that we stop making marketing calls to you by telling the representative who contacts you that you do not wish to receive additional marketing calls, or by emailing privacy@amilone.tech with your phone number, first name, and last name.
Marketing emails from Reverse Surface should contain an unsubscribe option. You may use the unsubscribe link within an email or email privacy@amilone.tech with your email address to request removal from marketing email communications.
Important
An opt-out request applies to the types of marketing communications covered by your request. Even after opting out of marketing, we may still communicate with you when necessary to respond to a request you initiated, provide information concerning an existing mortgage application or transaction, deliver requested documents, send legally required communications, address security, fraud, or account-related matters, or otherwise communicate with you as permitted by applicable law.
